Raleigh has a national network of trained, approved eBike dealers, all of which have fully equipped workshops to care for your eBike. Each eBike is set up for your individual needs by our trained dealers, and you get your first service free of charge.

Raleigh has introduced a National Service Database, to ensure that your Raleigh eBike is kept as good as it was the day you rode it home. This means that no matter where you are in the UK, if you walk into any Raleigh Authorized eBike Dealer they will have access to your bike's service records. You can be sure that your bike won't be having any parts fitted that are not required, and you will be receiving the same, top level of service wherever you are in the country.
